This video provides an overview on how to setup and configure the VectorStar 4-port broadband system for differential calibrations. With a focus on coaxial calibrations with a 1 mm test port using SOLT and triple offset short coaxial standards for the calibration process. On-wafer calibrations using differential probes options were also covered. The VectorStar family product line has a wide variety of VectorStar 4-port products available with frequency ranges from 110, 125, 145, and 220 GHz systems.
