Test setup with a ShockLine ME7868A and a Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface
This video demonstrates the ShockLine ME7868A VNA with PhaseLync Technology and an active RIS, designed by Greenerwave. The ShockLine MS46131A modules are facing the RIS at different heights, meaning that both modules are not on the same plane. To focus the transmission towards the RIS, horn antennas are used on each module. With these conditions it is impossible to achieve any transmission measurement due to the lack of line of sight. Using the Greenerwave RIS with its beamforming capability, you can measure any incoming signal and resend it anywhere.
