Sending SCPI Commands Using Ubuntu Linux to LMR Master S412E
Windows is often the preferred and supported operating system to control test and measurement equipment. In this video, we provide an alternative to control an Anritsu LMR Master S412E geared toward Linux users. Using Ubuntu Linux, this example guides users on how to install PyVisa and write a simple script using Python. The user is then shown how to find a peak with a marker and then print the measurement in the Linux terminal.
